Staytite aquire Portafix

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Andover based fastener company Portafix Ltd by our parent company Staytite Holdings. Portafix have since their inception built up a reputation that has made them the first choice for fasteners and fixings locally. Their product range has grown and now includes both standard and special fasteners, ‘C’ class components, packaging, tools and PPE. Portafix have a wealth of experience in Kanban JIT Deliveries and supplying custom kitting to its vast customer base.

This acquisition will enable Staytite to build on its unrivalled wealth of technical fastener expertise and experience, by combining the logistical and ‘C’ class components capabilities of Portafix to make Staytite your number one choice for your fastener and ‘C’ class components.

Staytite has seen increased demand for their products in the Far East, as a result we opened a logistics centre based in Hong Kong in April 2009. This allows us to offer next working day deliveries in to China, which is an ever increasing market for Staytite.
